Simple Loan Process
Our simple 7 step process will enable the client to relax throughout the loan process, knowing their commercial loan request will close within 20 days or less.
1. Choose "Loan Process Form" (to the right),
return with financial statement
2. Approval within 48 hours or less
3. Order appraisal
4. Gather remaining documents for underwriting
5. MMG will order the title
6. Setup closing with title company of your choice
7. Congratulations!! - It's closed
